上海建设全球国际化城市的思考与建议

摘要
城市国际化是应对经济全球化时代城市竞争的积极举措,是转变发展方式,探索新一轮发展方向的必然选择。上海是中国的最大城市,有着有利的地缘优势和国家政策的倾斜支持,总体性经济指标位居全球城市前列,在此基础上,实现自身国际化成为上海的发展目标。而这一目标的实现,要求在对自身做好定位分析的基础上,以经济中心为基础,建设具有全球影响力的经济金融、政治文化、科技创新中心,提升上海在国际的吸引力,推动上海成为有活力的多元包容的国际大都市。
Urban internationalization is a positive measure to deal with urban competition in the era of economic globalization, and it is an inevitable choice to change the mode of development and explore a new round of development direction.Shanghai is China's largest city, with favorable geographical advantages and national policy support, and the overall economic indicators are in the forefront of the world's cities, on the basis of which to achieve its own internationalization has become the development goal of Shanghai.The realization of this goal requires the enhancement of Shanghai's international appeal, fulfilling the construction of an economic, financial, political cultural, scientific and technological Innovation Center with global influence, thus promotes Shanghai to be a dynamic, plural and inclusive international metropolis on the basis of a well-positioned and economy-centered analysis of itself.
