政府投资是国家进行宏观经济调控的重要手段,是实施国家重点发展战略的重要工具,可以在一定程度上弥补市场失灵。而以具体数据为参考,依据政府投资的三大口径,详细分析中国政府投资的总体变化趋向、国有控股投资的战略性作用、中央项目投资占比变化及作用、国家预算资金和中央项目在不同地区的分布情况,以及国内主要行业投资资金的偏好,对于总结政府投资经验,协调全社会的重大投资比例关系,实施再分配调节,优化经济结构,构建现代化经济体系意义重大。
