摘要

党的十九大报告指出,绿色金融是助推绿色发展的重要抓手,也是服务实体经济发展的有效手段。浙江湖州作为习近平总书记提出"绿水青山就是金山银山"重要理念的发源地,既是全国首批生态文明建设示范市,又成为首批国家绿色金融改革创新试验区,分析其生态优势与绿色金融"绿色产业基金保障有力、科技金融集聚效应突出、绿色金融服务实体经济效果明显"发展的路径选择,对于绿色金融全面发展有着重要的现实意义,也对其他地市的绿色金融发展有着重要的借鉴意义。
        The 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that green finance is not only very important for the development of green economy in China, but also a critical tool for developing the tangible economy. Huzhou is the birth place of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" of Xi Jinping. It is the demonstration city of the construction of ecological civilization and the reform and innovation experimental area of green finance. Therefore, the research and analysis of green finance development's ecological advantages and mode that "Strong guarantee of green industry fund, prominent agglomeration effect of science and technology finance, and obvious effect of green finance in serving the real economy" selection is of great significance to comprehensive development of green finance and it is also important for other cities' green finance.
