摘要
以某国产悬挂式单轨车辆为研究对象,利用多体动力学软件SIMPACK建立悬挂式单轨车辆动力学模型,分析抗侧滚扭杆刚度对车辆动力学性能的影响。计算结果表明:抗侧滚扭杆刚度对车辆平稳性无较大影响,对曲线通过性能会有所恶化,但可以减小车辆限界,且在高等级风力作用时,抗侧滚扭杆刚度越大,车辆抗风能力越强。综合考虑设置抗侧滚扭杆的影响,其刚度设置在0.5 MNm/rad~1 MNm/rad之间较好。
Taking a domestic suspended monorail vehicle as the research object, the multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK is used to establish the dynamic model of the suspended monorail vehicle, and the influence of the anti-rolling torsion bar stiffness on the dynamic performance of the vehicle is analyzed. The calculation results show that the stiffness of the anti-rolling torsion bar has no significant influence on the stability of the vehicle, and the performance of the curve will be deteriorated.However, the vehicle limit can be reduced, and when the high-grade wind acts, the rigidity of the anti-rolling torsion bar is greater, and the wind resistance of the vehicle is stronger. Considering the influence of setting the anti-rolling torsion bar, the stiffness can be set between 0.5 MNm/rad~1 MNm/rad.
