美丽乡村建设质量评价体系之技术方法探索——以武汉江夏区五里界街为例

摘要
在国家开展美丽乡村建设的背景下,构建美丽乡村质量评价体系对于美丽乡村建设与发展来说十分重要。文章以武汉江夏区五里界街的乡村为例,通过实地调研与数据整理,运用层次分析法,对美丽乡村建设指标进行分级并赋予相应的权重,借此构建美丽乡村建设质量评价体系。在该评价体系下,选取童周岭村、群益村和老屋穆村作为对象进行分项评分与数据整理,得到乡村建设质量得分,从而可对其乡村建设成果进行数据化的分析。通过一系列技术方法的探索,为今后的美丽乡村建设提供参考。
Under the background of the country’s beautiful rural construction, the construction of a beautiful rural quality evaluation system is very important for the beautiful rural construction and development. This study takes the villages of Wulijie Street in Jiangxia District of Wuhan as an example. Through field investigation and data collation, the analytic hierarchy process is used to grade the beautiful rural construction indicators and give corresponding weights, so as to construct a beautiful rural construction quality evaluation system. Under this evaluation system, Tongzhouling Village, Qunyi Village and Laowumu Village were selected as the object to score and data, and the quality score of rural construction was obtained, so that the rural construction achievements could be analyzed by data. Through the exploration of a series of technical methods, it will provide reference for the future construction of beautiful countryside.
