红景天类脂质体片体内代谢及抗脑缺血研究

摘要
本实验将类脂质体作为红景天提取物的新型给药载体,能够改善由于脑缺血损伤导致的大脑损伤。口服给药是红景天类脂质体最简便、最经济的给药途径。将红景天提取物制备成类脂质体后,可大大增加药物进入脑组织的含量,表明将红景天提取物制备成红景天提取物类脂质体片,增加红景天苷进入脑组织的含量,增强治疗脑缺血的疗效。
        In this experiment, liposome was used as a novel drug delivery vehicle for Rhodiola rosea extract, which can improve brain damage caused by cerebral ischemia injury. Oral administration is the simplest and most economical route of administration of Rhodiola liposomes. When the Rhodiola rosea extract is prepared into a liposome, the content of the drug into the brain tissue can be greatly increased, which indicates that the Rhodiola rosea extract is prepared into a liposome tablet of Rhodiola rosea extract, and the salidroside is increased. The content of brain tissue enhances the therapeutic effect of cerebral ischemia.
