摘要
夏热冬冷地区夏季闷热、冬季湿冷,热湿环境恶劣,居住建筑具有"分时分室"的用能特点。因此,围护结构的节能设计有别于北方供暖地区,在外墙保温隔热的同时还应重视内部围护结构的热工性能。文章以杭州为例,采用Design Builder软件模拟分析该地区居住建筑内墙保温对供暖空调能耗的影响。结果显示,"分时分室"的用能模式下内墙保温的节能效果较好,该地区居住建筑围护结构的节能设计应进一步优化内墙保温性能。
        The hot summer and cold winter zone is hot and stuffy in summer, cold and gloomy in winter, and the thermal and humid environment of residential is harsh. Its long-term energy consumption patterns of residential buildings are quite different from that of severe-cold and cold regions, which bears the energy-using characteristics of "specific time, specific room". Therefore, the thermal performance of the internal envelopes should be emphasized while the external walls are insulated. Taking Hangzhou as an example, this paper uses DesignBuilder software to simulate and analyze the influence of interior wall insulation of residential buildings on the energy consumption of heating and air conditioning. The result shows that the energy-saving effect of the internal wall insulation in the energy-using mode of "specific time, specific room" is better. The energy-saving design of the envelope structure of residential buildings in the zone should further optimize the insulation performance of the interior wall.
