摘要
采取完全随机区组设计,开展了长序榆播种和1年生茎干扦插繁殖试验。统计了播种试验不同基质发芽率和扦插试验的插穗愈伤组织诱导率、腐烂率、生根率、总根数及最长不定根长度等生理指标。试验结果表明:(1)覆土厚度和播种基质显著影响种子发芽率,覆盖2mm厚度的园土发芽率最高,发芽率达80%以上,播种基质为园土的显著高于河沙和泥炭+珍珠岩基质(P<0.05);(2)覆膜和生根剂是影响插穗褐变及生根率的主要因素,覆膜下的生根率显著高于不覆膜处理(P<0.05);200×10-6浓度萘乙酸(NAA)处理和泥炭+珍珠岩基质的扦插生根率最高,生根率达80%以上。(3)一年生扦插苗株高、地径和全株生物量显著高于一年生实生苗,各器官生物量没有差异。长序榆具有发芽率高及易生根的特点,扦插苗生长速率稍高于实生苗。
        A full randomized block design and a one-year stem cutting propagation test were carried out with a completely randomized block design.The physiological indexes such as the germination rate of different substrates and the callus induction rate,rot rate,rooting rate,total root number and longest adventitious root length of the cutting test were investigated.The results showed that:(1) The germination percentage of seeds was influenced by thickness of covering soil and propagation medium.The germination percentage of seeds was the highest on the seedbeds of garden mould and covered with 2mm thick soils(P<0.05).(2)The covering polythene film and NAA had significant influences on cutting propagation for anti-browning and rooting(P<0.05).The rooting rates on the peat+ perlite(3∶1by volume)medium covered a sheet of polythene over containers were the highest at 200mg/L NAA treatment,which reached to 80%.(3) The height,basal diameters and biomass of cutting seedlings were higher than that of seedlings,but there were not different in organ biomass between them.The paper indicated that the tree species had such properties as high germination rate and easy rooting,and that the growth rate of cutting seedlings was higher than seedlings.
