毛囊间充质干细胞研究进展

摘要
毛囊间充质干细胞是来源于毛囊中胚层中的一类具有较强的增殖能力及多向分化能力的多能干细胞。毛囊间充质干细胞易于获得、对机体无损伤、无论理性争议,因此成为再生医学领域的重要种子细胞。毛囊间充质干细胞体外培养并定向分化的研究成为近年来一个热点研究方向。本文将对其近几年研究进展做一个阶段性的总结,并讨论其临床应用前景。
