摘要
目的探讨高校教室室内CO2污染水平对学生疲倦的影响。方法于烟台某高校进行本研究,以7名在校大学生作为研究对象,重复测定20次,在教室授课过程中定时测量教室内CO2污染水平并记录学生疲倦数值,数据采用方差分析、t检验、混合效应分析等。结果共发放问卷140份,有效问卷132份。在夏季关窗、室内就坐人数过半条件下,40min后室内CO2浓度超过国家标准,最高CO2污染水平达2 600 ppm。不同时刻下的疲倦水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);CO2对疲倦水平的影响有统计学差异(P<0.001),疲倦水平与CO2浓度呈正相关(r=0.89,P=0.044);教室1、2、3与教室4内学生疲倦水平的差异都有统计学意义(P=0.003,P=0.048,P=0.043);女生较男生更易产生疲倦(P<0.001)。结论教室内CO2浓度和授课时长影响学生疲倦水平,应缩短连续授课时间、增加休息间隔或增加有效通风。
        Objective The aim of this study was to explore the influence of CO2 pollution in college classrooms on students' fatigue level. Methods This study was conducted in a university in Yantai. Seven college students were selected as the research object, and the measurement was repeated 20 times. The CO2 pollution level in the classroom was measured regularly during the classroom teaching process, and the student fatigue value was recorded. The data were analyzed by variance, t-test, and mixed effect analysis, etc. Results A total of 140 questionnaires were distributed and 132 valid questionnaires were returned. In the summer, when the window was closed and the number of people sitting indoors was more than half, the indoor CO2 concentration exceeded the national standard after 40 minutes, and the highest CO2 pollution level reached 2600 ppm. The difference in fatigue levels at different times was statistically significant(P<0.001). The effect of CO2 on fatigue levels was statistically significant(P<0.001), and the level of fatigue was positively correlated with CO2 concentration(r =0.89, P =0044). There were statistically significant differences in student fatigue levels between classrooms 1, 2, 3 and classroom 4(P=0.003, P=0.048, P=0.043). Girls were more likely to develop fatigue than boys(P<0.001). Conclusion The concentration of CO2 in the classroom and the length of the lectures affected the level of fatigue among students. Therefore,the continuous teaching time should be shortened, and the rest interval or effective ventilation should be increased.
