摘要
在相似理论的基础上,利用量纲分析法对采煤机滚筒截割煤岩的截割模型进行了相似准则推导,得到了采煤机原型与模型的相似比。按照0.8的相似比建立了原型与模型的截割仿真模型,利用LS-DYNA进行了截割动力学仿真,得到模型与原型理论值的均值力误差为4.95%、峰值力误差为16.2%,验证了相似推导后模型的正确性。在此基础上,分别研究了直径为φ900 mm和φ600 mm的滚筒在截割煤岩时的受力情况,提取了滚筒在截割10%~50%岩石含量煤壁时,截割载荷的峰值力、均值力、标准差和变异系数,通过对比分析,得出其均值力随岩石含量的增加而增大,而变异系数随岩石含量的增加而减小。
Based on the similarity theory, the similarity criterion was derived by using the dimensional analysis method to cut the coal rock cutting model of the shearer drum. The similarity ratio between the prototype and the model of the shearer was obtained. According to the similarity ratio of 0.8,the cutting simulation model of the prototype and the model was carried out. The cutting dynamics simulation was carried out by using LS-DYNA. The mean force error between the model and the prototype theoretical value is 4.95%, and the peak force error is 16.2%. The similar deduced model was verified. On this basis, the stresses of the cylinders with diameters of φ900 mm and φ600 mm under the cutting coal rock were studied respectively, and the peak value force,mean force, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the cutting load of the drum at the cut rock content of 10%~50% was extracted. Through the comparative analysis,the mean force increases with the increase of rock content, and the coefficient of variation decreases with the increase of rock content.
