摘要
由中冶京诚湘潭分公司生产的MCC400A自卸矿用车,从2013年7月份开始陆续组装,在江西德兴铜矿采矿场首次投入使用。MCC400A自卸矿用车作为德兴铜矿采矿场重要的国产运输设备,承担着矿石及剥离岩石土方的运送任务。由于运输作业环境存在全年降雨量较大、道路条件差、雨水偏酸性等不利情况,随着运行时间的增加,在设备载重运行过程中前轮制动器故障现象频发。通过对MCC400A前轮制动故障的科学分析~([1])、总结,提出了一套针对前轮制动的科学改进方案,为降低MCC400A自卸矿用车的前轮制动故障率奠定了坚实的基础。
        The MCC 400A dump truck manufactured by China Metallurgical Xiangtan Branch was initially assembled from July 2013 and first put into use in the mining field of Dexing Copper Mining in Jiangxi province. MCC400A dump truck working as important domestic transport equipment in Dexing Copper Mining, undertakes the tasks of ore transport and rock stripping. Due to the adverse conditions of heavy annual rainfall, poor road conditions and acidic rain water in the transportation operating environment, the frontwheel brake failures occur frequently in the process of heavy load operation of equipment with the increase of operating time. Through the scientific analysis and summarization of the front wheel braking failure of MCC400A~([1]), a set of scientific improvement scheme for front wheel braking was proposed, which laid a solid foundation for reducing the front wheel braking failure rate of MCC400A dump truck.
