摘要

大红山铁矿采用"新矿新模式"办矿,充分运用社会化协作条件,进行基建、采矿、矿石加工、提升运输,为矿山的快速发展奠定了基础。但是,因相关方数量较多,安全管控难度大,安全管理也暴露出很多问题。大红山铁矿以问题为导向,采取有力的管控措施,以昆钢公司"四抓一压"的安全管理思想为指导,构建了"思想治安、制度立安、行动抓安、考监推安、科技强安"安全管控体系,层层压实安全生产责任,安全生产形势持续稳中向好发展。
        Dahongshan iron mine adopts"new mine and new model"to run the ore,makes full use of the conditions of socialized collaboration,mining,ore processing and transportation,which lays a foundation for the rapid development of the mine.However,due to the large number of relevant parties,safety management is difficult,and security management also exposes a lot of problems.Dahongshan iron mine adopts strong control measures,which is guided by the problem-oriented,and guided by the safety management thought of"four grasp and one pressure"in Kungang iron and steel company,constructs the management and control system of the ideological security,institutional security,action security,examination of supervision and safety,and science and technology to strengthen security safety,layer by layer compacting the responsibility for safe production,safe production situation continues to be stable develop towards the better.
