摘要
为了了解猪链球菌在西藏藏猪群中携带情况。2018年3~9月从西藏部分地区无菌采集藏猪肺脏105份,试验采用细菌学方法对所采集的样品进行猪链球菌的分离,通过分子生物学(PCR)方法对所分离的菌株进行细菌鉴定及荚膜血清分型研究。分离鉴定到3株藏猪源链球菌,分离率达到2.9%(3/105),并且3株均为猪链球菌荚膜血清2型。得出猪链球菌在西藏藏猪群中有不同程度携带情况的结论,今后在藏猪养殖过程中需要引起重视。
        In order to understand the carrying situation of Streptococcus suis in Tibetan pigs in Tibet, from March to September 2018, 105 pig lung tissues were aseptically collected from some parts of Tibet. The isolation of Streptococcus suis was conducted by bacteriological methods, and the strain was subjected to bacterial identification and capsular serotyping studies by the molecular biology(PCR) method. The results showed that 3 strains of Streptococcus mutans were isolated and identified, and the isolation rate reached 2.9%(3/105) and all of them were S. suis capsular serotype 2. It was concluded that Streptococcus suis had different carrying degrees in Tibet Tibetan pigs, needing to be paid attention to the process of Tibetan pig farming in the future.
