作为“中间人”的高校教师在场问题初探

摘要
在传统教育时空中,教师、学生与教育影响是构成教育活动的基本要素,教师是连接其他要素的重要"中间人",然而,在"互联网+时空"、慕课、翻转课堂等新型教学模式迫使高校教师从教育活动的参与者倒退为调控者,甚至退居为监管者,这不得不引发人们对作为"中间人"的高校教师在场问题的思考。教师是时代精神与民族品格之象征,肩负着社会教化之重任;教师应以在场的姿态担负起育人的重责。文章以"教师在场"为主题,尝试探微"教师在场"意蕴及其实现的可能路径。
In the times of traditional education, teachers,students and educational influences are the basic elements of educational activities. And teachers are the important "intermediaries" connecting other elements.However,in the"Internet+age",new teaching modes such as MOOC and flipped classroom force college teachers to retreat from participants in educational activities to regulators or even to onlookers. This has prompted people to think about the presence of teachers as intermediary in colleges.Teachers are the symbol of time spirit and national character with the burden of social enlightenment.Teachers in universities should take on the important responsibility of educating people with the attitude of being present.Therefore,taking teacher's presence as theme,the article tries to explore the concept and meaning of teacher's presence,finally discussing the possibility to make teacher's presence come true in the perspective of existentialist philosophy.
