摘要
随着经济社会的不断发展变化,我国的经济发展状况有了很大改善。但是与此同时,我国的水污染、环境污染也越发严重,逐渐进入一个恶性循环中。不仅仅是环境污染,我国的水资源也遭受到了严重的污染,直接影响到生物多样性,甚至影响到人们自身的安全。再加上,我国由于发展工业,不断扩大工业发展规模。另外还有全球变暖、全球气候不正常变化导致水污染越发严重。现如今水污染以及与环境污染已经成为限制我国经济发展的一个重要因素。本文将会对中国水文水资源常态与应急统合管理进行分析研究探究,找寻降低水污染的方式方法。
        With the continuous development and changes of the economy and society, China's economic development has been greatly improved. But at the same time, China's water pollution and environmental pollution have become more serious, and gradually entered a vicious circle. Not only environmental pollution, China's water resources have also suffered from serious pollution, directly affecting biodiversity, and even affecting people's own safety. In addition, due to the development of industry, China has continuously expanded the scale of industrial development. In addition, global warming and abnormal global climate change have caused water pollution to become more serious. Nowadays, water pollution and environmental pollution have become an important factor limiting China's economic development. This chapter will analyze and study the normalization and emergency integration management of China's hydrology and water resources, and find ways and means to reduce water pollution.
