浅议室内空间环境设计与改善老人认知功能障碍的关系

摘要
近年来,社会各方面对于老人认知功能障碍以及所引发的各种问题,给予了越来越多的关注。相关研究表明,老人积极参与公共交往活动能有效降低认知功能障碍发生的风险,同时对已患上认知功能障碍老人的病情具有一定的改善作用。该文依据认知功能障碍老人的生理、心理、行为特征,从有助于促进老人公共交往行为,改善认知功能障碍的角度出发,对相关类型养老建筑的室内公共空间环境设计诸多要素(包括光照、色彩、装饰材料和家具陈设等)的合理化设计进行了初步探讨。
In recent years, all aspects of society have paid more and more attention to the cognitive dysfunction of the elderly and the various problems caused by it. Relevant research shows that the active participation of the elderly in public communication activities can effectively reduce the risk of cognitive dysfunction, at the same time, that can improve the condition of the elderly who have already suffered from it. Based on the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly with cognitive dysfunction, and for increasing public communication behaviors and adjuvanting the treatment of cognitive dysfunction, we preliminarily discuss the rational design of many elements(including lighting, color, decorative materials and furniture furnishings) of the indoor public space environment of the elderly facilities' buildings.
