劳动教育:促进学生个性自由而全面发展的有效途径

摘要
劳动教育具有长期性、多维性、融通性,是培养学生核心素养的关键工程。中国人民大学附属中学在20世纪90年代就积极推进劳动教育,关注学生全面发展,在课程建设、创新人才培养、教师专业发展等方面作出积极有效的探索。培养学生正确的劳动观念、聚焦技术核心素养、培养学生的创造性品质是学校劳动教育20余年一以贯之的思想。新时代赋予劳动教育新的内涵和使命,学校从"更高水平人才培养体系"的视角梳理、总结经验,探索劳动教育发展的新模式、新思路,为建设创新型社会奠定人才基础。
Labor education is key project to cultivate students' core literacy with its features of being long-term, multi-dimensional and comprehensive. In the 1990 s, The High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China(RDFZ) actively promoted labor education, paid attention to the comprehensive development of students and played a leading role in innovation. RDFZ has made active and effective explorations in curriculum construction, innovative talent training, and professional development of teachers. To cultivate students' concept of labor, promote the core literacy of technology, and cultivate students' innovation abilities have been the ideas adhered by RDFZ for more than 20 years. As the new era gives new meaning and mission to labor education, the school has summarized experiences from the perspective of cultivating "higher level talents", explored new models and new ideas for the development of labor education in order to lay the foundation for building an innovative society.
