摘要
在装配线生产过程中,当某个工位的设备突发故障时会导致全线停工,带来重大的经济损失,为此本文提出预防维护下的装配线平衡问题,对正常生产和设备维护两种情形下的生产负载进行集成优化。以给定工位数量下正常生产节拍、预防维护时的生产节拍以及两种模式切换时的工序调整数量的最小化为目标建立数学模型,采用遗传算法进行求解。案例分析表明,预防维护下的装配线平衡可有效实现正常生产与设备维护之间的快速切换,保证生产的高效性和稳定性。
Unexpected equipment failures at a certain station during assembly line production may cause the shutdown of the whole line and significant financial loss.Therefore,this paper presented the problem of assembly line balancing with preventive maintenance measures,aiming at the integrated optimization of workloads in both normal production and equipment maintenance periods.A mathematical model was constructed to minimize the normal cycle time at a given station number,the cycle under preventive maintenance and the amount of process adjustment when switching from one production mode to the other.Then it was solved by using genetic algorithm.Case study shows that the assembly line balancing under preventive maintenance can ensure rapid switching between normal production and equipment maintenance,and maintain high efficiency and stability of assembly line.
