摘要
文章采用问卷调查法和结构化访谈等方法对酒店餐饮企业新员工组织忠诚度进行了实证研究,对不同类型新员工组织忠诚度进行了比较分析,在此基础上提出了酒店餐饮企业新员工组织忠诚度的管理建议。
This paper conducts an empirical study of new employees' organization loyalty in the hospitality and catering industry by means of questionnaires and structured interviews. Comparisons between different groups of staff are also made. The paper concludes with suggestions on management of employees' organization loyalty in the hospitality and catering industry.
