大肠杆菌性鸡肿头综合症的治疗体会

摘要
近几年天祝县在发展壮大天祝白牦牛、高山细毛羊、岔口驿马等地方特色养殖的基础上,蛋鸡等多元化养殖也逐步形成规模。大肠杆菌病在养鸡场发病率呈现上升趋势,为有效控制鸡场大肠杆菌病的发生和流行,天祝县动物卫生监督所组织实施"鸡大肠杆菌病的综合防制研究项目", 2017年实验鸡场发生大肠菌性肿头综合症,项目组结合临床病症和实验室检查确诊,在药敏实验基础上制定抗菌药联合用药、使用EM原液、加强饲养管理及严格执行消毒、门禁制度等治疗及控制措施,实验鸡场购进的2600只蛋鸡中发病548只,发病率21.07%,患病鸡中死亡89只,死亡率16.24%,因神经症状严重、治疗价值不高而淘汰24只,淘汰率4.4%,故上述防治技术能有效控制实验鸡场肠杆菌性鸡肿头综合症。
In recent years, Tianzhu County is based on the local breeding development of white yak, alpine fine wool sheep, and scorpion horses etc., diversified breeding of chickens has gradually formed a kind of scale. And the incidence of coliform bacteria in chicken farms is on the rise. In order to effectively control the occurrence and prevalence of coliform disease in chicken farms, Tianzhu County Animal Health Supervision Institute organized the implementation of the "Comprehensive Prevention and Control Research Project for Coliform bacteria". Coliform swelling head syndrome occurs in experimental chicken farms in 2017, combining with the clinical conditions and laboratory examinations, the project team confirmed the diagnosis. On the basis of drug sensitivity experiments, the team formulated treatment and control measures such as the combination of antimicrobial drugs, the use of EM solution, the strengthening of breeding management, and the strict implementation of disinfection and access control systems. The experimental chicken farm purchased 2,600 chickens, 548 cases of them suffered from swollen head syndrome caused by chicken coliform, the incidence rate was 21.07 %, 89 deaths in sick chickens, and the mortality rate was 16.24 %. Because of severe neurological symptoms and low treatment value, 24 were eliminated, and the elimination rate was 4.4 %. Therefore, the above prevention and treatment techniques can effectively control the swollen head syndrome caused by chicken coliform in experimental chicken farms.
