摘要

目的了解昌吉市初中生生长发育及常见疾病的现况,为今后开展学生健康教育、健康促进与管理工作提供依据。方法随机抽取昌吉市第一和第四中学1 008名初中生为研究对象,对其身高、体重、肥胖、龋齿、视力不良、沙眼和贫血等方面进行医学体检与检验,并对结果进行统计分析。结果初一、初二和初三学生的肥胖检出率分别为15.54%、28.21%和38.50%;视力不良检出率分别为18.24%、25.64%和35.00%;沙眼检出率分别为9.46%、16.67%和29.00%;龋齿检出率分别为15.54%、21.79%和34.00%;贫血检出率分别为10.81%、14.74%和14.50%;不同年级学生的贫血检出率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.01),不同年级学生的肥胖、视力不良、沙眼和龋齿检出率差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);不同性别的视力不良和沙眼检出率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.01),不同性别的肥胖、龋齿和贫血检出率差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论昌吉市初中生肥胖、近视和沙眼等检出率高于疆内水平,女生的肥胖、龋齿和贫血检出率均高于男生。
        Objective To understand the current situation of growth and common diseases of junior high school students in Changji City,and provide a basis for future students' health education,health promotion and management.Methods A total of1 008 junior middle school students from the first and fourth middle schools in Changji City were randomly selected for medical examination and examination of their height,weight,obesity,dental caries,poor vision,trachoma and anemia.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The obesity detection rates of the first,second and third grade students were 15.54%,28.21% and 38.50%,respectively;the detection rates of visual acuity were 18.24%,25.64% and 35.00%,respectively;the detection rate of trachoma was 9.46%,16.67% and 29.00%;the detection rates of dental caries were 15.54%,21.79%and 34.00%,respectively;the detection rates of anemia were 10.81%,14.74% and 14.50% respectively;the difference in the detection rate of anemia among students of different grades was not statistically significant(P > 0.01),the difference of obesity,poor vision,trachoma and caries detection rate in different grades was statistically significant(P<0.01);there was no significant difference in visual acuity and trachoma detection rate between different genders(P > 0.01).There was a statistically significant difference in the detection rates of obesity,dental caries and anemia between different genders(P<0.01).Conclusion The detection rate of obesity,myopia and trachoma in junior high school students in Changji City was higher than that in Xinjiang.The detection rate of obesity,dental caries and anemia in girls was higher than that of boys.
