中国胃食管反流病多学科诊疗共识

摘要
<正>1背景2006年,笔者之一经反流监测和抗反流药物治疗后初步判断自身的严重哮喘可能是由胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)引起,在抗反流手术治疗后,致命性的症状得到完全控制,并停用所有抗哮喘药物。由此相继建立了GERD专科和多学科学术组织,在研究和实践中推动并见证了GERD从一个相对局限的消化内科疾病,到逐渐
