摘要
建立了ICP-MS同时测定地表水中多种痕量金属元素的方法,对仪器工作参数、干扰消除方法进行了研究。建立了14种主要金属元素的标准曲线(相关系数均高于0.9997),针对不同元素的检出限、标准样品及地表水样品进行了研究,实验有效解决了多元素同时测定存在的干扰、各元素相对标准偏差值均小于5.0%。结果表明,ICP-MS可同时、快速测定水中多种痕量金属元素,测定结果准确度令人满意。
        The advantage of ICP-MS was taken to establish a measuring method. A variety of trace metal elements in surface water were analyzed at the same time. The instrument working parameters and interference elimination method were accommodated. Standard curves of 14 main metal elements were established(the correlation coefficient was higher than 0.9997), and the detection limits of different elements, standard samples and surface water samples were researched. The interferences of simultaneous determination of multiple elements were effectively solved by the experiment and the relative standard deviations of each element were all less than 5.0%. Results indicated that ICP-MS can analyze a variety of trace metal elements in water at the same time, and the accuracy of analyze results was satisfactory.
