2018年中国LNG液态分销市场发展回顾及展望

2018年中国LNG液态分销量达到2498万吨,占全国天然气总消费量的12.6%;全年LNG价格淡季不淡持续走高;LNG液态供给能力进一步提升,其中进口LNG占比55.6%;LNG液态消费结构总体趋稳,工业用气占比下降,城市燃气、车船用气略升;天然气行业跨界发展,LNG贸易模式呈现多样化。预计2019年,全国LNG液态市场将保持10%左右的增速,价格有望企稳。建议中国能源企业积极参与全球LNG全产业链布局,降低中国LNG进口成本和风险;理性对待LNG罐箱联运商业模式,为国内提供稳定安全的LNG资源。
China's LNG liquid distribution reached 24.98 million tons in 2018, accounting for 12.6% of the total national natural gas consumption. LNG prices continued to rise throughout the year. LNG liquid supply capacity has been further improved and imported LNG accounted for 55.6% of the liquid supply, which is becoming more powerful. LNG liquid consumption structure was generally stable. The proportion of industrial gas reduced, and the proportion of urban gas and vehicle and ship gas increased slightly. Natural gas industry achieved cross-border development and LNG trade modes are diversified. It is expected that the LNG liquid market will maintain a growth rate of about 10% in 2019, and the price is expected to stabilize. It is suggested that Chinese energy enterprises should actively participate in the layout of the whole global LNG industry chain to reduce the cost and risk of LNG import from China; find a rational approach for LNG tank and container combined transportation business model, and provide stable and safe LNG resources for domestic markets.
