摘要
为了更好地了解南京市水资源承载状态及其变化趋势,引入协调发展度作为评价标准,采用层次分析法构建了南京市水资源承载状态评价指标体系,以此评价南京市2015、2020、2030年的水资源承载状态,并分析各年份水资源承载状态结果。结果表明,南京市2015年的水资源承载状态为"中",但随着"构建全国水资源承载能力监测预警机制"等相关政策的颁布,2020、2030年协调发展度水平将逐步提高,到2030年南京市水资源承载状态为"好"。
In order to get a better understanding of water resources carrying status and its changing trend in Nanjing City,this paper introduces "the coordinated development degree" as evaluation standard,adopts the idea of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct an evaluation index system of water resources carrying status.The water resources carrying status of Nanjing in 2015,2020 and 2030 are evaluated,and the results of different water resources carrying condition are analyzed.The study shows that the water resources carrying status of Nanjing City in 2015 is " medium".As the implement of " Notice on the work of establishing the national water resources carrying capacity monitoring and early warning mechanism" and several other measures,the water resources carrying status level in 2020 and 2030 will gradually increase and reach the status of "good" in 2030.
