摘要
介绍了X射线荧光光谱法测定铁矿中SiO_2的方法,对影响检测结果的各个不确定度分量进行了评价,按测量不确定度影响因素建立了数学模型,结合计算得到了合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,用于表征测量结果的可信程度。
This paper introduces the method of determination of SiO_2 in iron ore by X ray fluorescence spectrometry,evaluates the various uncertainty components that affect the detection results,establishes a mathematical model according to the factors affecting the measurement uncertainty,and combines the calculation to obtain the synthetic uncertainty and the extended uncertainty,which are used to characterize the reliability of the measurement results.
