摘要
以深圳某环境园的垃圾填埋场渗沥液、焚烧厂渗沥液处理工程为例,介绍了两种渗沥液的协同处理设计方案及运行成本。填埋场渗沥液及经厌氧预处理后的焚烧厂渗沥液混合均质后采用"MBR+NF+RO+纯水膜"工艺。焚烧厂渗沥液与填埋场渗沥液协同处置,充分利用焚烧厂新鲜渗沥液碳源充足的优势,获得最佳碳氮比,无需外加碳源,节约运行成本。NF浓缩液提取腐植酸,RO浓缩液用于蒸发制盐,实现浓缩液资源化、减量化。以最经济的配置确保出水TN、Cl~-达标,为类似的渗沥液处理工程设计提供参考。
Taking the leachate treatment project of landfill leachate and MSW incineration leachate in an environmental park in Shenzhen as an example,the design scheme and operation cost of two kinds of leachate treatment with two units of leachate are introduced.Landfill leachate and the pretreated anaerobic MSW incineration leachate are mixed. "MBR+NF+RO+ pure water membrane" is adopted for mixed leachate treatment.The landfill leachate and MSW incineration leachate are disposed in coordination,making full use of the advantages of sufficient carbon source of fresh leachate in incineration plant,obtaining the best carbon nitrogen ratio,without adding carbon source,in order to save operation cost.Humic acid is extracted from NF concentrate and RO concentrate is used for evaporation and salt production to realize resource transformation and reduction of concentration.The concentration of TN and Cl-in effluent is ensured to reach the standard by the most economical allocation,providing reference for similar leachate treatment engineering de sign.
