群伤急诊病人基本信息卡临床应用

摘要
目的:探讨群伤急诊病人的接诊分类与转运中基本信息卡的临床应用价值。方法:将自制基本信息卡用于群伤急诊接诊中,由专人负责,分段填写。结果:我院收治的1 861例地震伤员均得到准确分类、及时救治,无一例发生二次损伤。结论:急诊群伤病人基本信息卡能够加快分类速度,提高分类准确率,为提高群伤急诊病人的整体救治效率发挥重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of the basic information card of emergency mass injury patients.Methods:To use the basic information card in emergency reception.To administer the card by specially person and fill it segmently.Results:The 1861 earthquake wounded that were accepted by our hospital had been classified accurately,and treated on time.In these cases,nobody was undergone secondary injury.Conclusion:The basic information card of emergency mass injury patients can make classification speedily,improve classification accuracy and play an important function in improving the general treatment efficiency of mass injury patients.
