摘要

Based on earthquake recurrence cycle model, using seismic parameters and characteristics of the seismic activity, the north-south seismic belt were divided into several seismogenic tectonic areas, the model for seismicity risk prediction based on seismic energy accumulating stage theory was set up, and the national seismic network computing application system was constructed based on WebGIS. The platform which fulfills analogy computing of accumulating and releasing characteristics of seismic tectonic energy, can be used to estimated quantitatively the magnitudes of the potential earthquake of some seismogenic tectonics.
