This paper evolved a systematic and deep research on structural features of coal field in Hetian district of Baitutan mining area with the guide of the current tectonic geology theory and data that already have for the purpose to deepen the knowledge of area structural and developing rules of coal field structures, to afford new thinking and extend new areas for the coal resources exploration and mine production by geology safeguard in this area. This research exposed tectonic structures in coal fields, proposed two possible structural modes, evaluated scientifically coal searching prospect and pointed out favorite districts for further exploration.
