In this paper, according to the production rule, the authors analyzed the premise (condition) and conclusion (action) of emergency treatment knowledge about geo-hazard under the condition of the ice-snow disaster, then summarized the basic principles when they selected the emergency treatment measures, and at last, the authors gave some examples of knowledge extraction according to the knowledge composition. In a word, this paper is the basic research about establishing the knowledge base and decision support system of emergency treatment of geo-hazards under the condition of ice-snow disaster.
