Naoyangping fluorite deposit in the eastern end of the Wangmiao-Pingli metallogenic belt in the southern Shaanxi Province, it produced in the bedding fracture zone of the contact belt of the metamorphic clastic rocks in Silurian Zhuxi Group and the alkaline trachytes of Caledonian. The orebody scale is thick and large. On the basis of analyzing deposit’s geological background, structural features, ore mineral characteristics and the characteristics of wall-rock alteration, it point out that the mine belongs to fluorite deposit, the main ore guide is the contact belt, the faulting tectonics, the wall-rock alteration and so on.
