///Magnetic susceptibility data play an important role in the process of interpreting aeromagnetic anomaly. In order to better apply the high precision aeromagnetic data of West Tianshan area, the authors got more over 500 points of magnetic susceptibility from field. This paper made a systematic arrangement and statistics of these data. The magnetism features of rocks and ores were researched in strata, lithology and ores. Based on the magnetic susceptibility data, the authors delineated hundreds of the magnetic stratum and identified concealed or semi-concealed 221 intrusive bodies. The detecting of iron-ore body is also base on the great difference of magnetic susceptibility. The authors found more than ten iron-ore bodies in West Tianshan area.
