摘要
It was well acknowledged that non-uniform land subsidence led to earth fissures, and this principle also adapted to Guangming Village.Through analyses and contrast of geological structures and hydrogeological conditions, the authors found that the earth fissures in the study area belonged to a same earth fissure belt with that in southern Jiangyin County, both shared similar geological settings and high correlation in spatial and temporal dimension.Earth fissures and land subsidence were caused by excessive exploitation of groundwater, closely hydrodynamic connection of groundwater existed between Guangming Village and Hetang Town where the depth of groundwater level was over 40 m.Some monitoring data indicated that the earth fissure were still active with a biggest annual difference settlement reached 5 mm.it was concluded that the stability of earth fissures in Guangming Village depended on the recovery of hydrogeological condition in southern Jianyin County.
