摘要
Early Cretaceous strata in the middle Inner Mongolia are well-developed,and contain well preserved plant fossils,many of which have not been systematically described and reported.This paper studies the fossil plants collected from the ash black mudstone and greyish-green,yellow-green silty mudstone of Lower Cretaceous Guyang Formation at Xiliannaobao Village,west Guyang County.According to the preservative conditions and lithological characters,it is purposed that there are parautochthonous burial and heterochthonous burial types in the study area,and the fossil plant should be under a warm humid subtropical climate during the Early Cretaceous.
