摘要
Aim at the determination of trace gold in soil by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,establishes mathematical model,analyses uncertainty sources,quantizes various components of uncertainty.Calculated synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty,and expressed the determination results with uncertainty.
