     libri" size="3">Based on an analysis of strata from nineteen petroleum and coal wells in Saihan Toroi area, this paper sums up the distribution of Mesozoic tectonic unit, the structure and the physical and chemical characteristics of the coal-bearing beds. The strata are composed of sedimentary pyroclastic rocks and mudstone intercalated with coal beds, which implies a rift basin environment. The coal-bearing beds are widely distributed among diverse tectonic units of Yinlibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family: calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">＇libri" size="3">e basin. The average thickness of coal beds from single well is 4.77m. The coal rocks are non-caking coal with poor evolution.
