Interpretation of EH4 Magnetotelluric Section at Antuoling Molybdenum Deposit by Metallogenic Theory on Transmagmatic Fluids

     High resolution resistivity structure features of geologic units from surface to --1000m under- ground by EH4 Magnetotelluric method in Antuoling porphyry Mo deposit are recognized. Double-layered structure of higher resistivity anomalies in four EH4 sections has been shown vividly and is characterized by discontinuous and small size higher resistivity anomalies in upper part, continuous and bigger size high- er resistivity anomalies in lower part. According to the geologic features and drill hole logging, higher re sistivity anomalies distributed in south and north part of EH4 sections are the representation of gneiss, and higher resistivity anomalies in shallower and deeper of middle area in EH4 sections are the representa- tion of quartz porphyry, granodiorite porphyry and breccia resulted mainly from granodiorite porphyry. Lower resistivity anomalies in deeper EH4 sections are match of the products of alteration, which has sug- gested the lower resistivity anomalies are likely to be the record of deep fluid activities. Both higher and lower resistivity anomalies are complex shape, and the contacts of them are gulf-like contours that are considered the interaction between deep fluid and incomplete consolidation magma. In process of seconda- ry boiling and cryptoexplosion resulted from deep fluid transmagmatic fluids injecting into incomplete consolidated magma, mineralization materials was unloaded because of the sharp pressure decrease, and effectively enclosed by shallower magma and wall rock of gneiss. Three exploration targets are discussed in EH4 sections of Antuoling porphyry Mo deposit on the basis of combination between geologic integrali- ty and geophysical unintegrality, such as lower resitivity anomalies under --1000m in EH4 sections, oc- currence torsion part of deeper igneous body, and the top of bigger size higher resistivity anomalies dis- played resistivity dispersional structure.
