     The Bijigou V-Ti magnetite deposit in Shaanxi Province occurred in the upper and middle portions of the layered basic-ultrabasic complex, and was formed by the crystallization differentiation of tholeiitic magma that intruded into the existing space. At the early stage of magmatic evolution, the olivine and plagioclase underwent fractional crystallization, which led to the enrichment and mineralization of the elements Fe, Ti and V in the residual magma. The age of single minerals and the whole rock Sm-Nd isochron of the ore-bearing rock is 1061 ＋ 7Ma, indicating that the diagenesis and mineralization tectonic environment was a Mesoproterozoic rift, and the magma source was in the slightly depleted mantle.
