Geological classes explain ca. 20% of the total observed variation in indoor radon. Geological classes explain ca. 40% of the total observed variation in radon potential. We have produced a national radon potential map of the whole of mainland Norway. Our map includes confidence limits on estimates of radon potential. We see high predictive value but low sensitivity to radon affected areas.
