30 mm diameter handle caused higher wrist torque strength than conventional design. The 30 mm and 40 mm diameter handles caused less discomfort and better usability. Hand size had no effect on wrist U/R torque exertions. Wrist torque was higher in horizontal orientation than in vertical orientation. A lower level of discomfort corresponded to higher wrist torque force and usability.
