摘要
Mixtures of poly(1,1′-dihexylferrocenylene) (8) and TCNE exhibit both charge-transfer (CT) and intervalence-transfer (IT) bands in the near-IR region. Photoirradiation of the 8-TCNE CT complex with near-IR light gives higher electronic conductivity compared to the irradiation with visible light. A positive dependence is observed between the near-IR photoconductivity and the number of ferrocenylene units in oligo- and poly(dihexylferrocenylene)s, indicating that both IT and CT band excitation cause photoconductivity.
