摘要

This paper describes the origin of the nature of the safety management,the concept of safe and the features of safe,combined with the practices of Shaanxi Taibai Gold Mining Co.,Ltd.'s building intrinsically safe business,and sum up the essence of building a secure gold mining enterprises in the nature of human security,material security,environment security,and management security.At last we conclude with the idea that gold mining companies should use the system' view to consider the security problems,and we should increase the investment in technology to insure the security,establish an appropriate security-oriented enterprises evaluation system,combined with business reality,step by step,planned,organized,planned manner to build the gold mining enterprises in the nature of safety.
