摘要

以河北省平泉县食用菌产业为例,分析县域农业产业联盟的组织和策略。首先从组织特征、市场流通特征、生产技术特征、政策和环保特征4个方面分析平泉食用菌产业发展现状和问题;其次,对产业外部环境进行分析,指出其面临农贸市场趋于萎缩、高档市场进入壁垒高、团体用户需求量不断上升以及市场竞争日益激烈等局面。最后根据平泉实际情况,指出其应构建市场合作产业联盟来促进生产要素供应以及创新市场销售模式,构建技术标准产业联盟来实现食用菌生产技术标准化,形成生态循环现代农业模式。
        In this paper, with the edible mushroom industry of Pingquan, Hebei, as the example, we analyzed the organization and operational strategy of the county- level agriculture industrial alliance. First, based on the characteristics of the organization, market circulation, production technology, and policy and environmental protection, we analyzed the current status and problems in the development of the industry, and then, analyzed its external environment, pointing out the existing problems and current situation of the edible mushroom market. At the end, according to the practical situation of Pingquan, we pointed out that we should establish the market cooperation industrial alliance to stimulate the productive material supply, innovate the marketing mode and build the technical standard industrial alliance to realize the standardized production of the edible mushrooms and form the ecological and circular modern agricultural development mode.
