摘要
对武钢二冷轧镀锌线圆盘剪剪刃间隙检测数学模型进行了研究,发现由该模型检测得的剪刃间隙值与实测剪刃间隙值之间存在较大偏差。针对现有设备工艺特点,通过描点优化数学模型,检测得的剪刃间隙值与实测剪刃间隙值之间偏差较小。新模型投入使用后,圆盘剪剪刃间隙检测不准造成的产品缺陷显著减少。
Mathematical model for circle shear blade gap detection at the CGL in No. 2 branch of cold rolling mill of WISCO was researched,it found that there was a large deviation between the shear blade gap value detected by the model and the actual shear blade gap value. Aiming at the features of existing equipments,the mathematical model had been optimized by drawing points,then there was little deviation.After application of the new model,products defects caused by the inaccuracy of shear blade gap detection were reduced.
