散体物料转载溜槽的研究

摘要
针对港口等场所散料转载过程中频繁出现阻塞、粉尘等不利于生产的状况,应用离散单元法对散体物料的转载过程进行仿真分析,在三维软件中建立转载站的几何体模型并导入到EDEM软件中进行仿真,比较不同参数下结构的受力与物料分布情况。仿真得出了最优的集料板角度与最优的溜槽曲率半径。
        To the problem of block and dust of bulk material in transfer station in ports and other places,this paper studies the transfer chute for bulk material.The transfer process of bulk material is simulated and analyzed by use of discrete element method.The geometry model of the transfer station is inputted into the EDEM software,and the finite analysis is conducted.The stress and material distribution of model under different parameters are compared.We can get the optimal radius of curvature of chute and the optimal set point.
