摘要
小型撬装LNG装置的体积小、运输安装灵活、开停方便,适用于采集偏远气井与零散放空,在我国具有重大战略价值。本文采用HYSYS软件模拟了MRC、N_2-CH_4 Expander和C_3/MRC三种液化流程,根据模拟结果,对液化流程的能耗、制冷剂循环量等参数进行了对比分析。最终,优选出适用于小型LNG装置的最经济可行的液化流程。通过本文的研究,可以了解不同制冷工艺的优缺点及适用条件,对实际生产中对制冷流程的选择与优化有一定的意义。
        The skid mounted LNG plant is small in size, flexible in transportation and installation. Besides, it is convenient to start or stop. As it is suitable for collecting gas from remote gas wells and scattered emptying, small-scale LNG plant has great strategic value in our country. In this paper, three liquefaction processes of MRC, N_2-CH_4, expander and C_3/MRC were simulated by HYSYS software. According to the simulation results, the energy consumption, refrigerant circulation and some other parameters of the liquefaction processes were compared and analyzed. Finally, the most economically feasible liquefaction process suitable for small-scale LNG plant was selected. This paper shows the advantages and disadvantages of different refrigeration processes and their application conditions, which is of some significance to selection and optimization of refrigeration process in actual production.
