摘要
选用SA266Gr.2平板锻件,经热压后成为某型高压加热器的水室半球形封头。根据该平板锻件的材料特性,制订了水室半球形封头热压后恢复材料力学性能的热处理工艺。通过对该材料的试样热处理工艺试验及半球形封头的试制,确定了热处理工艺的各项参数。采用指定的冷却方式和保温过程,恢复了热压后锻件材料的力学性能。
For the HP heater,SA266 Gr.2 forging is used for the hemi-head of channel after hot forming.Recovery performance heat treatment process after hot forming is formulated according to the character of the forging material.Through heat treatment test on specimens and product trial manufacture by the researchers,heat treatment process parameter is confirmed.Performance of the material is recovered by the specified methods of holding temperature and cooling after hot forming.
