摘要

闭塞性细支气管炎是临床少见的导致进行性呼吸困难及气流受阻的肺细支气管闭塞性疾病,其发病机制复杂,其临床主要表现为气急、喘息、咳嗽等,病死率高。国家级名老中医王会仍教授认为其病理特点可归纳为"虚""痰""瘀"互结,治疗上可针对其病机辨证施治,即清肺化痰、祛瘀通络、降气平喘的同时,辅以健脾益气补肾。文章通过病例分析对王教授诊治闭塞性细支气管炎的临床经验进行阐述。
        Bronchiolitis obliterans(BO) is a rare and life-threatening form of non-reversible lung bronchial obstructive disease with progressive dyspnea and obstruction. The pathogenesis is complex, and the main clinical symptoms include shortness of breath, wheezing and dry cough. The national famous TCM doctor WANG Hui-reng thinks that its pathological characteristics can be summarized as ‘deficiency', ‘phlegm' and ‘stasis'. And he treats this disease by syndrome differentiation, such as clearing lung and eliminating phlegm, removing blood stasis and dredging channels, depressing qi and relieving asthma, together with strengthening spleen, supporting qi and tonifying kidney. In this paper, we discussed the clinical experience of professor WANG treating BO by clinical cases.
